Content published under the Bizwith Neeraj name may be posted to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram through authorised applications connected to our own accounts. These connections allow us to publish our own posts. They do not read, collect or store data belonging to visitors of this site or to anyone who views our content.

AI chat assistant

This site includes an AI chat assistant called Aarzoo. If you use it, the message you type and the recent messages in that conversation are sent to our automation platform and to an AI model provider so that a reply can be generated. Those messages are used only to answer you — they are not used to build a profile of you and they are not added to any marketing list.

Aarzoo provides general information about our firm and services only. It does not give professional advice and it is not a substitute for speaking to us about your own matter. Please do not enter PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, passwords, OTPs or document numbers into the chat — send those to us directly instead. If you use the WhatsApp button shown in the chat, your message opens in WhatsApp and is then handled like any other WhatsApp enquiry.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Information is disclosed only:

• to the tax, regulatory or judicial authority a matter is being filed with, on your instruction;
• to service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and communication tools), limited to what they need;
• where disclosure is required by law or by the professional standards that govern our practice.

Confidentiality

Information you share with us in the course of a professional engagement is treated as confidential and is handled in accordance with the professional and ethical obligations applicable to Chartered Accountants and Advocates in India.

Keeping information

Records connected to a professional engagement are retained for the period required under applicable tax, corporate and professional record-keeping rules. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.

Cookies and advertising
